The role

The Property division represents companies, institutions and companies both in the UK and all over the world. You will be dealing with investment sales and purchases, funding agreements, development schemes, portfolio management, landlord and tenant matters, registered social landlords as well as smaller commercial property work. The team advises on high value residential property sales and purchases, including French property transactions. You will work with some of the most respected litigators in the market, in a department that is highly rated in both Chambers UK and The Legal 500.
Requirements

• You will need to be newly qualified or have up to 3 years PQE
• Expert advice on the full range of real estate related disputes to clients
• Adaptable and resourceful junior solicitor ideally with some post qualification experience in a property litigation team
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience with excellent benefits
