This firm is looking for an excellent Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a flourishing office in Oxford.

The Role

The Corporate department is one of the fastest growing departments, being a practice area of particular emphasis. You will work with a highly-experienced Partner dealing with a broad caseload including; acquisitions, disposals, take-overs and mergers, asset sales and purchases, partnership and shareholder's agreements, loan agreements, company restructuring, company and partnership formation, company secretarial issues, employee share (option) schemes and terms and conditions.

This is a good opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor looking for a clear route to Partnership.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 4 years + PQE
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills
• Be ambitious, dynamic and possess good technical knowledge
• A clear route to progress to Partnership
• You will receive a basic salary up to £80k, plus a very good bonus structure
