Property Litigation Lawyer - A property litigation lawyer is required by a Birmingham law firm. the successful property litigation lawyer may be an experienced paralegal, CILEx or FCILEx qualified. Essentially, the property litigation lawyer will have a healthy background in property disputes, property litigation and advocacy. Working as part of the property litigation team the property litigation lawyer will work on behalf of a number on national and international clients from a variety of sectors to in retails, transport, development and real estate . Technically, the property litigation lawyer wilL possess excellent experience in 1954 Act renewals, breach of convenant, dilapidations, boundary disputes as well as forfeiture and possession claims. salary dependent upon experience
