Are you an experienced Solicitor/Fee Earner with Lease Extensions/Enfranchisement experience looking for a new challenge?

A prominent legal solicitors firm with multiple offices is seeking a Fee Earner/ Solicitor with sound knowledge and experience in Lease Extensions & Enfranchisement matters to join their niche department for their Enfield office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual to run a volume caseload of 80% Lease Extensions & 20% Lease Enfranchisement matters.
You will provide comprehensive legal advice to all clients and instruct advocates to attend hearings or advocate hearings yourself, where necessary.
Ideally, you will be a qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive with excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail. You will have previous experience in Landlord and Tenant matters, including Lease Extensions and Lease Enfranchisement from a well-respected practice.
This position is offering a salary between £30,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience plus benefits.
