Job Details
A highly accredited firm with several offices in Greater Manchester is looking for a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing Conveyancing team in Bury.
The firm has an excellent reputation and offers a friendly working environment. The property department is well developed with 7 fee earners and is highly successful.
Your role as Residential Conveyancer will be to manage a varied and complex caseload of Residential Conveyancing files from initial instruction through to completion with dedicated secretarial support. (including Sales, Purchases, Shared Ownership, New Builds, Transfers of Equity).
You will likely be a qualified Residential Conveyancer (Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) with at least 1 year PQE with a consistent background and be able to work independently and manage cases which vary in complexity.
The firm's offices are commutable from most parts of Greater Manchester, Bury, Bolton, Rochdale and Oldham.
