Family Solicitor

This is a fantastic and rare opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a niche Family firm in Surrey on a Part-Time basis working 3 days per week.  The salary on offer is negotiable dependent on experience.

This firm are relatively but, since opening their doors around 18 months ago they have expanded and are going from strength-to-strength.  The Director is a Family Law expert and so you will be working alongside one of the best in the industry.  They specialise in Family Law with an emphasis on divorce and finances and, due to an increase in instructions are looking for an additional Family Solicitor to join them working 3 days a week.

Applications are invited from experienced Family Solicitors who have at least 4 years’ PQE managing a caseload of private law Family matters, mainly focussing on divorce and finances. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of private law family matters
• Developing new business for the department
• Maintain and create new client relationships
• Assisting with marketing the firm

This is an excellent Part-Time opportunity for a Family Solicitor who requires reduced hours but, who still wants to be involved with high quality work.  As the firm is still relatively new and have ambitious plans for growth, genuine career progression opportunities are available for the right candidate.
