The Role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property to join their flourishing Bedford, Bedfordshire office.
You will join a friendly, professional, and highly experienced Commercial Property team. You will deal with a varied client base, this will make for an interesting role. Client base will include; SME, Retailers, Hospitality and large national companies. Work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases, Landlord & tenant, Development, and Investment.
The department is very busy, they have keen growth plans over the next 24 months, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least one year's PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will have broad Commercial Property experience
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Salary is above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an excellent, lucrative bonus structure.
