Conveyancing Solicitor (Home Working)

They specialise in a volume conveyancing approach where they have perfected the process over the past 16 years, which has attributed to their huge success. With offices regionally based, they are now looking to appoint new experienced residential conveyancers who would like to work within a high performing, fast paced role, based from home.

The conveyancing solicitor will be responsible for managing their own caseload of conveyancing transactions, predominately focusing on client service/care, and handling queries throughout the process, keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers, and other solicitors.

In order to benefit from this rare conveyancing solicitor opportunity, you will be an experienced conveyancer that is well accustomed to managing a caseload of 80+ residential property files from start to finish, with minimal support. You will either be a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Fee Earner with at least 2 years’ experience.

Additional to the home working environment, you will also benefit from an annual bonus based on completion targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction.
