Job Details
A company commercial solicitor solicitor is required for a Bishops Stortford based Legal 500 firm who have been recognised as one of the best small businesses to work for by a prominent newspaper. The firm can also offer access to a prominent Central London office and busy commercial team.
You will ideally have between 1-3 years PQE as a company commercial solicitor which will have been gained in an established and recognised commercial law firm. Your experience will include shareholders agreements, partnerships and LLPs, finance agreements, corporate lending and general commercial matters. On offer is a market rate salary with a full benefits package and a collegiate and supportive environment. You will act for local SMEs as well as some national companies with an excellent level of autonomy and direct client contact from the outset.
