Industrial Disease Solicitor (Defendant).
 
My client is perhaps the best regarded Insurance firm in the country, boasting an excellent and extremely well regarded Industrial Disease unit. They are currently looking to further augment the thriving Industrial Disease team with an additional recently qualified Industrial Disease Solicitor.
 
Applications are invited from qualified solicitors (NQ - 2 years PQE) with demonstrable experience in managing Industrial Disease claims from instruction to completion (settlement/trial). Defendant experience would be preferable but Claimant candidates with strong litigation experience and a real desire to act on Defendant claims will also be considered. The successful recruit will manage a busy personal caseload of fast and multi track litigated Industrial Disease cases for a wide range of commercial insurer clients alongside assisting the senior team members on claims of greater complexity.
 
All applicants must have an excellent working knowledge of the CPR procedures and proven technical ability dealing with a variety (Asbestos, Meso claims, HAVS, NIHL, etc.) of Industrial Disease claims.
