Job Details
I am currently working with a specialist practice working out of modern offices in Manchester that is recruiting for the above position - they have 500 people and are continuing to expand at a speedy rate.
The role will be based in their Credit Hire department seeing cases through from commencement to conclusion and the ideal candidate will have experience of this.
You will be handling your own caseload of small claims and fast track files, dealing with delegated matters, and will have proven experience of this. You will be adept at reviewing quantum, valuing general and specific damages and formalising case plans.
You will be experienced at communicating and working with insurer clients and attending telephone conferences as well as entering into telephone negotiations and liaising with third party solicitors and lay clients.
The practice has a strong ethos of developing and nurturing its team members and there will be many opportunities for progression for the right candidate! Salary is dependent on experience and circa £23,000, however there will be some flexibility if needed.
