Douglas Scott are pleased to be assisting our client, a well known Legal 500 Firm with offices across North West England, in their search for a Commercial Property Solicitor at their Preston office.

You will be joining an excellent commercial Law Firm which provides outstanding legal services to a National client base. Due to continued growth of the department, they are seeking to add additional expertise in the shape of a Solicitor from NQ - 2 PQE. To be considered, you will have 12 months experience of working in a commercial Property department, gaining exposure to transactions ranging from development, sales & acquisition, and Landlord & Tenant. You will be ambitious and display a passion for Commercial Property work.

As Commercial Property Solicitor, you will act on a varied caseload, but with a development focus for both a Public and Private Sector client base. The team has an excellent reputation for their work in this space, and as such you will receive excellent training and exposure to quality work. The Firm in known as a great place to work and work life balance is high on the list of priorities.
