One of the leading regulatory and environmental teams in the country is seeking to appoint a newly qualified solicitor to their Sheffield office.

There is a great deal of interaction between the London and Northern teams and the department undertakes a broad mix of environmental and health & safety, often in high pressure situations.

The head of department is keen to hear from newly qualified solicitors that are passionate about environmental/health & safety work and have undertaken a seat in this area during their training contract, ideally with a top 100 or niche practice. For this role in health & safety regulatory they are wanting a candidate with at least 6 months experience in a trainee seat, any additional exposure as a paralegal prior to undertaking your training contract would be advantageous.

Beyond your experience you'll need to be career focused and enthusiastic to learn and to take advantage of the further training this firm will afford you. They want someone keen to get involved and who'll want to immerse themselves in the department including marketing and business development initiatives. As you'd expect with a firm of this size, their systems and resources are superb so this represents a fantastic career opportunity.
