Company Commercial Solicitor/Associate/Partner head of dept – Hertfordshire  Top Legal 500 firm

Exclusive Role - We have been asked to find this Leading Law firm in Hertfordshire  a experienced solicitor with Company and commercial. They are seeking at Partner or associate level. You will be the head of Dept.

They anticipate that the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years PQE and be able to handle a mixed caseload to deal with all matters associated with company/commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, shareholder agreements, company formations, terms and conditions and general company administration.Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• To manage an agreed case-load of client work in consultation
• To use the correct office systems and procedures in order to manage cases effectively and in accordance with the firms’ standards;
• To process clients’ instructions on a timely and cost effective basis;
• To bill and to collect debts and collect all outstanding disbursements in advance;
• To maintain professional standards;
• To introduce clients to other fee earners as appropriate.
