Law Cost Negotiator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a law costs negotiator with previous experience to join an established defendant firm in the North West.

The firm are a recognised Top 100 insurance firm, which continues to expand and grow. The successful candidate will receive full training and the firm offers continued development and progression.

You should have previous experience handling a mixed costs caseload and well as preparing points of dispute and evaluation of replies. It is essential that you are conversant with the CPR rules and procedures. The successful candidate with ideally have 2+ years' experience working in a similar capacity.

Candidates from a claimant background will be considered.

The successful candidate will enjoy a friendly and supportive team environment, and the firm offers a good benefits package and team incentives.

Salary DOE but may be flexible for the right candidate.
