An exciting opportunity has arisen in a top 100 law firm for a senior corporate and commercial lawyer to join and lead an already thriving corporate & commercial department based in Oxford. This is a unique opportunity for a senior corporate & commercial lawyer to join an expanding firm with a City presence and international client base, to join an lead the firms Oxford office in an exciting period of growth.

This full-service law firm that offers a comprehensive range of legal services to businesses and private individuals. They act for blue-chip companies, household names, public services and SMEs, entrepreneurs and not-for-profit organisations.

The commercial department offers a full range of legal services to business clients from major national corporations to owner-managed businesses. Due to the firms reputation for delivering quality legal service, the department has grown organically in recent years and is now looking for an ambitious, driven and commercially focused individual that can spearhead the firms corporate department. The successful individual will as a senior lawyer for the clients' or practice area's most challenging matters, you will manage and supervising client work helping to grow, develop and manage the corporate and commercial work within the Oxford office with an aim to build and grow the business whilst maintaining a consistent level of excellent client service.

The ideal candidate will have connections to the Thames Valley and Oxfordshire areas, you will have a following of clients and a business plan to help drive business growth for the firm.
