Employment Solicitor

A multi office practice requires an Employment Solicitor to join them in the new year to cover a period of maternity leave in Hampshire for at least six months in duration.

The employment team advise both Respondent and Claimant clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters and the caseload the successful candidate will look after will contain a full mix of these matters.

The caseload will include:

• Contracts of Employment
• Discrimination at work
• Dismissals
• Employment disputes
• Redundancy
• Restrictive Covenants / non-compete clauses
• TUPE
• Disciplinary hearings
• Settlement agreements
• Negotiating exit packages
• Employee handbooks

Successful candidates are likely to have a mixed employment background and be able to hit the ground running without supervision.
