Mid tier Manchester based practice are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dedicated team. Based in the heart of the Manchester this is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to strike a great work/life balance and to progress their career outside of the usual high stress Top 100 city firms.

This is a mid - senior level appointment so ideally you will have gained a minimum of 3 Years PQE and be able to run large scale transactions unsupervised. Whilst there is a high volume of work you will also be expected to business develop within the area and create a strong bond with your client base. Your caseload will be centred around development, landlord & tenant, leasehold work, sales and purchases as well as acquisitions & disposals for a large retail and leisure client base. Work is nationally based and you will be provided with an assistant to progress matters as efficiently as possible, Support is provided and new systems are in place to allow you to thrive in a high quality manner.

Salary will be based on experience however will be in the realms of £35,000 to £55,000 with an added bonus and great benefits scheme. This is a fantastic chance to seize the opportunity an opportunity to work at a highly respected firm with a strong department and great quality of work.
