Contentious Probate Partner/Senior Associate

A highly rated Legal 500 listed national practice is keen to appoint an experienced contentious probate solicitor to its very well regarded Contentious Probate team at either Senior Associate or Partner level and be based at the firms' modern Birmingham city centre offices.

This award winning firm is a full service offering and has both a national and international reach. It is able to boast a significant number of Tier 1 rated lawyers as well as a stellar client base.

The Contentious Probate Team has access to some of the very best quality work and many of the cases the team is instructed on attract media attention. The team is experiencing an influx of instructions as a result of its very strong reputation in the sector and so now wishes to grow its offering further with the addition of a senior hire.

You will be an experienced contentious probate solicitor with a minimum of 7 years' PQE and have experience of not only dealing with high value and technically complex contentious probate matters but also professional negligence matters emanating from the wider private client arena.

The team is open to applications from Senior Associates who perhaps want to gain exposure to really high quality matters as well as from existing partners who are keen to benefit from the sheer scale of the firms' size and reputation in order to leverage off the brand to gain access a higher calibre client base.
