About the role?

Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor or a qualified legal executive with defendant experience.

You will handle your own motor pre-litigation and Fast Track RTA caseload from inception to settlement whilst based in one of the firm’s clients. This is an interesting and varied role while gaining experience as to how in house operates.

You will be right at the for front of the client’s business whilst representing the firm. You will become the firm’s ambassador along with others from the firm. You will therefore be a friendly and approachable individual whilst having solid technical knowledge of the CPR, RTA, MOJ and pre-action protocols.
