Are you an experienced Employment lawyer looking to work for a forward thinking and modern Cardiff law firm?

My client is a well established and dynamic law practice with a strong leadership team that encourages a collegiate and collaborative environment.

An opportunity has arisen for a senior employment solicitor to join a successful and busy team to take on an existing caseload of good quality work. You will be a solicitor with at least five years employment law experience, ideally on the respondent side and be used to handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.

With strong communication skills, you will be a confident advocate and be keen to play a pivotal role in the development and strategy of the team.
