Residential Property Locum – Oxfordshire – November start for 12 months – £30-£35ph

An attractive opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Locum to join a long established, leading law firm based in a picturesque part of Oxfordshire. The role will be 12 months in duration to start late November.

The successful applicant will have responsibility for handling a busy caseload of residential property including the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property from instruction to completion. The applicant will be dealing with re-mortgages, equity release schemes and transfers of equity as well as handling property transactions ranging in value into the millions.

Our client is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who has previous experience autonomously handling a broad spectrum of residential property matters.

This is a full time position, although flexibility can be offered for the right candidate. Secretarial support is provided.

There is accessible on street car parking or the option of 6 monthly parking permits nearby the firm. Alternatively, the office is easily accessible by public transport; with a train station just a 10 minute walk away.
