Health and Safety Regulatory Solicitor.
 
This is a national team role for a regulatory solicitor to join in a key position to assist Partners in the Manchester office on health and safety and regulatory defence work.
 
The work is varied and at the top level of regulatory defence, including health and safety, corporate manslaughter, fire safety and other corporate defence regulatory matters, both contentious and non-contentious.  The team works on a national basis and is highly regarded with new work coming in on a regular basis based on reputation.  
 
This is an excellent role for a regulatory solicitor with at least three years' PQE to work from the Manchester office of this national law firm. You will be bright and ambitious and keen to move your career forwards with a leading national regulatory defence team.
 
The role does have a focus on health and safety with an expectation that you will have developed strong experience in this area and generally in criminal defence work from a corporate background.  You will be fully involved in national and international matters giving you great scope to expand your experience.
