Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a full-service firm in its Residential Property Department working from both locations in Central Cardiff and London.

A mid-sized and busy and expanding Central Cardiff firm is looking to hire a Residential Property Associate to join its close-knit team working out of Cardiff and London offices.

The firm is well established and advises on all aspects of buying, selling and re-mortgaging a property. Clients include international and UK-based HNW individuals, in addition to landlords, property developers and UK clearing banks. The team handle matters including lease variations, ground rent investments, transfers of equity and auction sales, so the work should be quite varied.

The successful candidate is likely to have 5years’ plus PQE. They will also possess good academics, a positive attitude and a good sense of humour.

You must be ambitious and be up for the challenge of joining a firm which is equally ambitious and is growing quickly.
