Residential/Commercial Property Solicitor
A Lexcel accredited, multi-office law firm is currently looking for a Residential/Commercial Solicitor to join their property department within their Blackheath office.
To be considered for the role you will need both extensive Residential and Commercial experience within the Property department. You will be involved in both leasehold and freehold extensions, licenses and leases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Rights To Buy and Shared Ownership Schemes.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle and prioritise their own large caseload and have enough experience to hold minimal supervision, however you will be supplied with full Secretarial and administrative support within their large department.
