Job Details
Corporate & Commercial Lawyer required
Long established Dubai- based Law firm requires English / Common Law background, Western trained lawyer.
Must have extensive experience in a variety of transactional work including shareholder arrangements and agreements, mergers & acquisitions, mainstream commercial transactions, commercial contracts, agency/distribution/franchise agreements, consultancy agreements, intellectual property rights, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.
A knowledge of UAE law would be an added benefit but not essential, and a self-starter requiring minimum supervision is sought.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Minimum 7 years PQE.
