W302 – Equity, Trusts and Land Law

We are seeking experienced and qualified Associate Lecturers to support students on this popular Level 3 module for Open University undergraduate law students.

Associate lecturers play a vital role in supporting students studying this module through a mix of face-to-face and online tuition. You will help students to engage with the online learning materials, provide written feedback on assignments as well as providing mentoring and individual support during this 32-week module commencing in October. This is an exciting opportunity to work with your cohort of students and to have a direct impact on the outcomes for individual students.

You will have recent experience in teaching, researching or practising property law and, in particular, the areas of Equity and Trusts or Land Law.  You will also be able to demonstrate a current understanding and knowledge of the changing legal environment and changes to legal education. Additionally, you will show a commitment to encouraging the development of academic and research skills in students, as well as personal development planning.  Ideally you will have experience of facilitating learning in an online context, both synchronous and asynchronous.
