Your new role
Reporting to the Principal Planning Solicitor, you will be one of the Planning and Highway Lawyers in the authority’s expanding Legal Services Department. You will work on progressing a caseload of section 106 agreements, section 278 agreements and general planning advice for our busy Planning Department.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience of drafting and negotiating section 106 agreements. You will have a proven track record of professional achievement and have an excellent knowledge of planning law, policy and guidance.
