Established in 1997 the Law Support Group is a dedicated legal recruitment business specialising in providing recruitment and advisory services to law firms ranging from boutique and mid-tier UK firms through to international and US firms.

The Law Support Group has six specialist divisions, which cover qualified solicitors/partners, paralegals, legal secretarial, legal finance, IP and the US market. Each division is staffed with and led by approachable and friendly recruitment professionals, with either a legal background or many years’ experience in their respective sector.   

We offer the full range of legal recruitment solutions including permanent jobs, fixed term contract roles, locum and temporary jobs from entry level paralegals through to senior partners. The Law Support Group has also a successful Mergers & Acquisitions practice which not only provides a true brokerage service, but also a market advisory service to senior equity partners considering their future.
