My client is an employment boutique law firm and the experienced managing partner is looking to recruit at least two additional partners/solicitors into the firm.

This firm is stable and solvent and is set up as a dispersed model which means my client is recruiting self employed fixed share partners/solicitors and/or consultants rather than PAYE employed solicitors.

The infrastructure is sound and the model works.

The short term plan is to open another office in central London or wherever the take-up is greater and to use that as the central hub for admin purposes and from which to build out a centralised network.

Full support is provided, with generous terms offered.
