A leading banking team in Bristol is offering an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor join them. The team serves a diverse range of clients, including banks, asset managers and corporates, working on the most complex and innovative financial transactions within the UK and internationally.

The team's areas of expertise include corporate lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, funds finance, trade and commodity finance. The successful candidate will gain experience across the full spectrum of banking and finance work, working alongside Partners, Associates, Trainees, and Paralegals on complex transactions for a wide variety of national and international clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Between 0-4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) gained at a leading firm.
  • Strong academic background.
  • A client-focused approach, with an interest in marketing and business development.
  • Commercially driven with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
