The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Real Estate Finance Solicitor into their head office, based in the firms City of London office.

• The firm are well-known nationally for their strong expertise in Real Estate. You will join an overall department of 20 (firm wide), with 4 in Real Estate Finance, that deal with an excellent quality of work.

• The Property Finance department deals with an excellent quality of work, you will work closely with the firms high regarded Real Estate department. Work will include; Advising lenders, borrowers, developers and intermediaries, covering every aspect of real estate finance and corporate lending. You will work across sectors in residential, commercial and retail property
• The team are dynamic, forward-thinking and commercially minded. There is a nice culture throughout the department with regular events designed to bond the team further. The department has a highly talented team that are going from strength to strength.

About You:

• You'll have at least 2 years PQE + in property finance (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You're a team player with the ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• The role is suited to someone who enjoys a hands-on, dynamic environment, with a long-term vision of growing within an established team.
