Asset (Aviation) Finance Associate, US Firm, 1-3 PQE

Our client's Asset Finance team is renowned for its expertise in handling large, complex and first-of-kind transactions, as well as providing top-tier legal advice.

You will work closely with a team of highly successful legal specialists in transportation and aviation finance. Collaboration will extend to partners and other associates within the team, as well as clients and external stakeholders.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the drafting and negotiation of finance, leasing and aircraft trading documents, conducting due diligence and legal research and providing analysis and support on various aspects of transportation and aviation asset finance transactions. You will support senior team members in managing client relationships and transactions, participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic discussions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to continuously develop your knowledge and expertise in aviation and asset finance, while working on market-leading transactions. There will also be opportunities to contribute to client and marketing events.

Successful candidates will be England & Wales qualified, with 1-3 years' experience working in a top tier law firm. You should have excellent academic credentials and a strong interest and proven experience in transportation and aviation asset finance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
