What will you do?

• Assist private client fee earners on a daily basis
• Have lots of client contact both face to face and over the phone 
• Assist on a broad private client caseload to include:
• Elderly client services
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Basic Court of Protection work
• Estate Planning and Wills (including Inheritance Tax mitigation & Trusts)
• Build your experience up to eventually having your own caseload

What will you need?

• At least 1 year’s experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a law firm
• Private Client experience
• A willingness to get stuck in and a positive attitude
