An ambitious and client-focused Private Client Solicitor is wanted for a growing, dynamic Legal 500 ranked firm in Essex.

Our client is a Legal 500 ranked firm that offers alternative thinking and prides themselves on the expert advice and first-class client service they offer.

Title: Private Client Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
Contract: Full time permanent
Location: Essex

Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor

• Drafting wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney
• Advising on succession planning and tax efficient lifetime giving
• Obtaining grants of administration and administering estates
• Assisting clients with a variety of private client matters
• Building and maintaining client relationships and professional contacts
• Working across both offices in Chelmsford and Felixstowe as well as visiting clients

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Private Client Solicitor

• Qualified solicitor or legal professional with at least 4 years PQE in private client practice or equivalent
• Knowledge of all aspects of private client law and practice
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and manage own caseload
