Clinical Negligence Solicitor

I am looking to speak with Clinical Negligence Solicitors circa 1-3PQE who are passionate about career progression.

This is a new position in Huddersfield, offering you, the successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor, a brilliant opportunity to work alongside a senior solicitor, gaining exposure to high quality work and outstanding training and support.

You will assist on more complex cases and be expected to undertake all aspects of a clinical negligence claims on your own files, from initial case planning through investigation and obtaining evidence, the pre-action protocol, issuing and serving of proceedings, and litigation all the way to trial where necessary. You would of course be closely supervised, supported and trained by more experienced colleagues.
