This exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced dispute resolution solicitor to join this specialist practice in Gloucestershire. This dispute resolution solicitor will have caseload focused on agricultural disputes.

The team are looking to meet with a dispute resolution solicitor with atleast 2 PQE to join their recognised Agriculture team.

Within this role, you'll enjoy managing a case load of high value, high quality contentious agricultural matters. In relation to clients, these would be varied and include landowners, farming businesses, processors, landed estates, institutions, and others. Although this role would be dealing with the contentious side of matters there is some scope to also provide input on more strategic advice like contractual agreements, tenancy agreements etc.

The ideal solicitor will have 2+ years of strong litigation experience, specialist agricultural experience would be ideal, but not a deal breaker. You will have a passion for providing high levels of client care, especially in a busy environment.
