Our client, a well-established regional law firm with multi-offices, is seeking a Dispute Resolution Lawyer specialising in Contentious Probate to join their team. Position Overview
As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in representing both individual and corporate clients in a wide range of legal matters. Your expertise in contentious probate will be instrumental in resolving complex cases and providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of contentious probate and litigation matters
• Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients
• Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing initiatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with at least 2 years of fee-earning experience in Contentious Probate
• Strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
