This forward-thinking leading Legal 150 law firm in Southampton has a proven track record for success and is looking for an experienced lawyer for its residential development team in this key placement. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team at an exciting growth stage. You will need to have experience of development and landlord and tenant matters; flat lease extensions and block management matters would also be helpful.

This Southampton-based role as a Real Estate Development Associate Solicitor will involve:

• Acting for major national and regional house builder clients that offer high quality work
• Being active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
• A clear career path to progress from the outset
