The Opportunity for You:

There are two roles here - one at the junior NQ-3 yrs level.  As a junior lawyer you will receive unrivalled support, whilst having access to partners for ongoing training.  You will move towards handling your own caseload.

At the 3 yrs + level, you will be ambitious to move towards Associate and then Senior Associate - and if more senior, you will join as a Senior Associate and be ambitious to move to partnership.  You will assist with supervision and mentoring junior lawyers, work alongside the management, and handle some of the most complex high value work in this field.

They are recognised by Chambers as having good judgment in the lawyers they recruit – they really do look after each other.
