Legal & Compliance Specialist

We're Hiring a Part-Time Legal & Compliance Specialist

Are you a legal professional with a sound understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance?

The London office of our venture capital firm is looking for a part-time
specialist (approximately 10-15 hours per week) to help manage:

• Legal agreements,
• Board resolutions, and
• Regulatory compliance matters related to our Luxembourg service providers (KYC, AML, CTF requests).

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in legal/compliance roles within venture capital, private equity, or financial services.
• Expertise: Familiarity with Luxembourg's legal and regulatory framework is a must. A law degree is major plus but not a strict requirement.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent drafting and organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently.
• Location: Most of the work involves engagement with our service providers (AIFM, Depositary, Fund Administrator) who are all based in Luxembourg. Therefore while this role is remote, you will likely be based in the UK / EU in order to assure real-time availability during European working hours.
