The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Banking Solicitor to join our highly regarded Aberdeen team. In this role, you will:
- Advise on lending transactions across various sectors, with a particular focus on fintech, digital assets, corporate lending, and leveraged finance.
- Work on private securitisations, forward flow arrangements, and debt funding for innovative fintech clients.
- Collaborate on acquisition finance, real estate finance, and corporate lending transactions for a mix of borrowers and lenders.
- Contribute to the team's exceptional market reputation, recognised with top-tier rankings for fintech and banking work.
- Be part of a close-knit and friendly team of legal professionals committed to delivering high-quality results for clients.
Key Qualifications required:
Our client is open to applicants from a variety of backgrounds and levels of experience. To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be a qualified Solicitor, with experience in banking or finance law (experience in fintech is not required).
- Have a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Be curious, adaptable, and eager to work closely with clients in innovative industries.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship skills.
