TSR Legal are currently representing a well regarded law firm in Cheltenham who are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join thehighly respected Family  team. With a reputation for excellence and a focus on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, this is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-profile cases across the UK and internationally.

The Role

As a Senior Family Solicitor, you will:

• Handle a varied caseload of high-value, multi-jurisdictional family law matters, including complex financial settlements and intricate child-related disputes.
• Provide strategic advice to clients with discretion and sensitivity, offering bespoke solutions tailored to their individual needs.
• Actively engage in business development initiatives to grow the Family practice, fostering existing client relationships and cultivating new opportunities.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing expertise to help them develop professionally.
• Contribute to thought leadership, including articles, seminars, and events, reinforcing the firm's reputation as a market leader in family law.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious solicitor who:

• Has at least 6+ years of PQE in family law
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Possesses excellent technical knowledge, particularly in financial remedies, nuptial agreements, and cross-border family issues.
• Is commercially aware, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
• Has proven business development skills and a track record of contributing to team growth.
