Job Details
We are working with a growing Commercial Property team in Carlisle that have an exciting opportunity for a paralegal to support their team of fee earners.
As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will:
- Assist fee earners and manage transactions.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Handle land registry applications and resolve requisitions.
- Register changes with Companies house.
- Prepare and submit SDLT returns.
- Post-completion tasks such as verifying titles and liaising with clients.
- Develop your skills in a supportive environment.
What they are looking for:
- Legal education or prior experience in a legal setting.
- Knowledge or experience in property matters is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organisational and IT skills.
- A proactive team player.
