A leading firm in London is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their specialist team; they support NHS Trusts and GPs nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in an innovative team.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims, including complex and high-value cases.
  • Carry out a range of work to include inquests, regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews and clinical risk management.
  • Collaborate with NHS Resolution and healthcare organisations.
  • Engage in client contact, business development, and close work with an experienced partner for mentoring.

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven litigation experience, ideally with exposure to defendant clinical negligence work.
  • A genuine interest in healthcare law and an understanding of client needs in the sector.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
