Role Requirements

• Minimum 5-6 years PQE with experience in:
• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Trust Drafting
• Trust Administration
• Manage an existing caseload of private client work, including:
• Advising High Net Worth clients
• Will Drafting
• Probate
• Administration of Estates

Desirable Qualifications

• To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• STEP Qualified or actively working towards full membership (preferred but not essential – Support Given)
