Conveyancing Executive– Residential Property - Norwich with hybrid working

Client
A long established and highly regarded regional law firm who reward hard work and support progression

Role

  • Providing additional fee earner support for a growing sector
  • Undertaking a range of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, dealings with unregistered land and new build properties.
  • Acting for a range of regional clients 
  • There may be a requirement to visit the firm's office in East Suffolk occasionally or there is an option to be based there and visit the Norwich office.

You

  • NQ -3 PQE Solicitor/ Legal Executive although candidates with more experience will also be considered
  • Experience in all aspects of residential property work and able to manage their own caseload
  • Ability to work in a small team with a positive, proactive can do attitude

Benefits include:
