Professional Negligence Solicitor
The Specter Partnership Solicitors are a niche firm committed to achieving and providing a first-rate legal service. We specialise in Personal Injury, Insurance Litigation and Professional and Clinical Negligence claims.
The role is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 4+ yrs PQE experience and passion for Professional Negligence.
You will be dealing with a variety of high value Professional Negligence claims on behalf of claimant and defendants, representing lawyers, doctors, finance and IT professionals, accountants, brokers and surveyors or alternatively claims whose cases have been settled at an under value.
You must be flexible, confident, determined and enthusiastic with the ability to develop business for the firm and possess exceptional communication, negotiation and organisational skills. Experience of supervising a small team committed to achieving and providing a first-rate legal service.
