Permanent, Full-time
37 hours per week
Office base is County Hall, Chichester
Full flexibility to allow home working

Operating largely autonomously, you'll be one of the advocates for Care Proceedings and other high-profile civil proceedings connected to them, on behalf of the County Council. This exciting role involves working on significant cases in terms of the protection of children at risk of serious harm.
Delivery focused, you'll have an understanding of public child care law and current practice, procedure and case law relating to public law proceedings. You will be a solicitor or barrister with proven post qualification experience along with experience in family law advocacy.
You will be working with a team of dedicated lawyers working in a busy environment.
