The Role
We are now actively seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive for a specialist team based in Bournemouth. Working within a Partner-led team, the successful Lawyer will manage a busy and challenging caseload to include: will drafting; estate administration; trust matters; advising on tax and lifetime planning and; probate matters. Knowledge of tax planning and experience with complex estates will therefore be essential. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of five years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with previous experience of complex estates and tax planning;
You will have first class communication and client care skills;
You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative;
You will be personable with a detail orientated approach;
You will have a desire for professional development.
